THE WORLD'S
MOST ACCESSIBLE
PHYSICAL EXAM
Experience the future of health screening with our cutting-edge ultrasound technology. In just 30 minutes, we'll analyze your fat distribution, muscle quality, heart function, and organ health to give you a complete picture of your body's internal health.

The Exam
FAT
ABDOMINAL FAT
This is the layer of fat stored just beneath the skin in the abdominal area. Why it matters: Unlike deep visceral fat, subcutaneous abdominal fat contributes more to body shape and aesthetics but can also impact metabolic health if excessive. Tracking this fat helps assess progress in fat loss, body sculpting, and fitness goals, especially in targeted weight loss programs. A balanced ratio of subcutaneous to visceral fat is key for both appearance and long-term health.
VISCERAL FAT
Visceral fat surrounds internal organs and is strongly linked to metabolic and cardiovascular health risks. It's more dangerous than subcutaneous fat because it's hormonally active and contributes to inflammation.
LIVER FAT
Excess liver fat is an early indicator of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which can progress to liver damage, insulin resistance, and cardiovascular disease. Early detection allows for lifestyle changes that can reverse fat accumulation and prevent disease progression.
MUSCLE
MUSCLE THICKNESS (Individualized Measurements)
What is it: Direct ultrasound measurements of specific muscles for precise tracking.
Why it matters: Unlike body weight or BMI, this metric provides real data on muscle growth, recovery, and performance, helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts to monitor progress. Track changes over time to ensure your training and nutrition are on the right path.
OVERALL MUSCLE MASS
What it is: A measure of your total skeletal muscle, essential for strength and mobility.
Why it matters: More muscle means better metabolic health, improved insulin sensitivity, and protection against age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia). Maintaining muscle mass is key to longevity, injury prevention, and overall well-being.
MUSCLE QUALITY
What it is: The ratio of muscle strength to muscle mass, assessing true muscle function.
Why it matters: More than just size, muscle quality determines real-world strength and mobility. A higher MQI is linked to lower mortality risk, better cardiovascular health, and improved mental well-being. Better muscle quality means better performance, healthier aging, and improved resilience against disease.
HEART
Carotid Artery Health & Vascular Age
What it is: A real-time ultrasound assessment of your carotid artery thickness and blood flow to evaluate your vascular age—a key measure of how healthy and flexible your arteries are compared to your chronological age.
Why it matters: Your vascular age may be older or younger than your actual age, depending on lifestyle factors, diet, and genetic predisposition. A higher vascular age indicates increased risk for heart disease, stroke, and poor circulation, even if you have no symptoms. Take control of your heart health by understanding the true age of your arteries—and work toward making them younger.
EJECTION FRACTION (Heart Function)
What it is: A measure of how well your heart pumps blood, a key indicator of heart health.
Why it matters: Low ejection fraction is a marker of heart failure and poor cardiac function, even before symptoms appear. Regular monitoring ensures your heart is working efficiently and can help detect potential issues early.
Stroke Volume (SV) & Cardiac Output (CO)
What it is: Stroke volume (SV) is the amount of blood pumped per heartbeat, and cardiac output (CO) is the total volume of blood the heart circulates per minute.
Why it matters: These measures provide a real-time assessment of your heart's efficiency, helping detect early signs of heart failure, poor circulation, or cardiovascular inefficiencies. A strong CO ensures proper oxygenation of tissues, essential for peak performance and longevity.
ORGANS
KIDNEY HEALTH
Ultrasound assessment of kidney size, structure, and blood flow provides vital information about kidney function and health. Early detection of abnormalities can help prevent or manage chronic kidney disease and related complications.
AORTIC HEALTH
What it is: Imaging of the aorta, the body's largest artery, to check for aneurysms or abnormalities.
Why it matters: Aortic aneurysms are often silent but life-threatening if they rupture. Early detection allows for preventative measures to avoid serious cardiovascular events. A quick scan can give you peace of mind about your vascular health.
THYROID HEALTH
Thyroid ultrasound examines the size, shape, and texture of the thyroid gland. This screening can detect nodules, inflammation, or other abnormalities that might affect thyroid function and overall metabolic health.
